As the State of Connecticut continues to see COVID-19 cases decline and in lieu of Governor Ned Lamont’s recent announcement to ease some of the capacity and travel restrictions, we will be reopening the remaining bank lobbies for walk-in service.
Effective February 20th, all Collinsville Bank - A Divisions of Northwest Community Bank lobbies are open for walk-in service and operating under normal business hours.
We encourage you to continue to use our ATMs, drive up windows, night drop, and mobile/online banking.
The safety of our customers and staff continues to be a priority and we have implemented the following procedures:
Collinsville Bank - A Division of Northwest Community Bank will continue to monitor the www.CDC.org and the www.CT.gov websites for changes in COVID-19 guidelines and mandates. We will provide updates as they become available should we need to make any additional changes to our processes or operations.
The SBA has advised it will begin accepting applications as of 9:00 am on Friday, January 15, 2021 for the next round of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) which includes $284 Billion in new funding. This application round is for both first time Borrowers to the program (first draw), as well as those who have previously applied (second draw).
We are only processing PPP applications for existing bank customers
For more information about PPP Loan Applications, please visit our Business Lending Page.
The COVID-19 Relief Bill passed in December of 2020 includes pending changes to the forgiveness process for those businesses that already received a PPP loan. The changes focus on loans less than $150,000, so you may wish to wait to apply for forgiveness until those rules are published. For those Borrowers who have loans over this threshold and/or are ready to apply, please continue to follow the guidance and access your application below.
The Bank provides an automated PPP Forgiveness solution that will allow you to provide the information required, including the Forgiveness Application, required documentation, and communication with the bank. Developed by our core processor, this solution will streamline the process and maintain all of the information and communication in one place.
