Important Changes To Your Banking eDocuments Effective March 22, 2021

We continue to streamline internal processes as part of our collaboration under one bank charter, Northwest Community Bank, while still retaining the names and branding of all three individual banks.

As part of this process, effective March 22, 2021, the following changes will happen to eDocuments:

  • Deposit statements: Only January 2020 to current account statements will be available for viewing when accessing via Online Banking. Statements prior to Janaury 2020 will no longer be available upon close of business on March 19, 2021.
  • Billing statements: Only the current month of billing statements will be available but will build billing statement history going forward. No billing history will be available upon close of business on March 19, 2021.
  • Tax Documents: No past year tax documents will be available, including the most recent 2020 tax documents.

Statements prior to January 2020 and all billing history are no longer available online. Downloading your available eDocuments is easy to do and instructions can be found here.

Important Information Regarding Your Banking Services

To make improvements to your banking services at Collinsville Bank - A Division of Northwest Community Bank some services will be unavailable for a brief period of time.

Please review the various dates and times affecting each service. With this advance notice, we hope that this temporary interruption in service will not inconvenience you.

Please take note of time periods by service affected:

  • Online Bill Pay: unavailable Friday, April 16, noon - Monday, April 19, noon
  • Online Banking: unavailable Saturday, April 17, noon - Monday, April 19, noon
  • Mobile Banking: unavailable Saturday, April 17, noon - Monday, April 19, noon
  • Telephone Banking: unavailable Saturday, April 17, noon - Sunday, April 18, 5pm
  • Online Account Opening (iOpen): unavailable Saturday, April 17, noon - Monday, April 19, noon

Debit Card and ATMs: Debit cards will use the same PIN you use now. When using our ATM network during this timeframe you will be able to make withdrawals. Unfortunately making deposits, balance transfers and balance inquiries will not be available. Also cash apps such as Venmo and Zelle will also be unavailable.

Online Banking and Bill Pay: Resumes at noon, Monday, April 19. Your previously scheduled and recurring transfers and payments will process without interruption.

Telephone Banking: The new Telephone Banking number is 800-455-6668. Please note:

  • If you haven't already done so, you will need to re-enroll using the last four digits of your Social Security number as your temporary PIN. (Business accounts should use the last four digits of the Social Security number of the authorized signer on the account.)
  • You may re-use your previous PIN after entering your temporary PIN.

New Routing and Transit Number: Direct deposits, recurring transfers and automatic deductions will continue as normal, uninterrupted. When setting up a new transaction or wire transfer, use Routing and Transit Number #211174204.

Current Checks: Continue using all the checks you have until you run out. If you decide to re-order checks through another source, please provide them with Routing and Transit Number #211174204.

What will change after the Conversion Weekend March 19-21?

ONLINE BANKING - On March 22nd at noon, Online Banking and Bill Pay will resume. Your User ID and Password will remain the same. All of your current payees will be transitioned over to the new system. Your previously scheduled and recurring transfers and payments will process without interruption.

CHECKING AND SAVING INTEREST - You may receive two interest payments for the month of March. The full month's interest on Kasasa accounts will not sweep to Saver accounts in March.

Established in 2001, Connecticut Mutual Holding Company currently operates three banks: Litchfield Bancorp, Northwest Community Bank and the Collinsville Bank. It was formed to better meet the needs of the communities in which the banks serve.

What is the impact to Collinsville Bank and Litchfield Bancorp customers?

There is no immediate impact to the terms of your accounts except that the charters of Collinsville Bank and Litchfield Bancorp will be combined within and into their affiliate, Northwest Community Bank. Please know that:

- All account numbers will be unchanged

- All current CDs and IRA's will be honored as they exist today

- All borrowers wilI be honored as they exist today

- Online banking will remain the same

As we begin our transition and start work on integrating the organizations, "Collinsville Bank, a Division of Northwest Community Bank" and "Litchfield Bancorp, a Division of Northwest Community Bank", we will communicate any changes in your accounts or your banking relationship. Every effort will be made to minimize changes to your products, rates, and fees as the organization's products and systems are aligned. ln the coming months you will receive additional communications from "Collinsville Bank, a Division of Northwest Community Bank'' and "Litchfield Bancorp, a Division of Northwest Community Bank" about your accounts and safe deposit box.

When can I start using the Northwest Community Bank and its Divisions branch offices?

You will have access to all Northwest Community Bank branches, including "Litchfield Bancorp, a Division of Northwest Community Bank" and "Collinsville Bank, a Division of Northwest Community Bank" beginning May 1, 2021. Please continue to use either Collinsville Bank or Litchfield Bancorp branches, checks, debit cards, online banking and bill pay, and make loan payments as you do today.

Will my accounts continue to be insured with the FDIC?

Northwest Community Bank is a strong, secure, and well-capitalized bank and a safe place for deposits. All deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250,000. This coverage can be increased for larger deposits through titling of accounts. We also participate in the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS). Funds in a noninterest-bearing transaction account are insured up to the FDIC limit of $250,000.

lf you have accounts at Northwest Community Bank and Collinsville Bank, or Northwest Community Bank and Litchfield Bancorp, or Collinsville Bank and Litchfield Bancorp under federal law you will continue to receive the same FDIC coverage as if your accounts were still at separate banks for six months after the Transaction date of January 4, 2021. CDs will continue to receive separate FDlC insurance coverage until the first maturity date after the six-month period. After six months have passed, if your total account balances exceed $250,000, any excess may not be covered by FDlC insurance.
