Monica Diulio began her banking career with Northwest Community Bank in 1989 as a teller and quickly moved through the ranks to Teller Supervisor/CSR, Assistant Branch Manager and to Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President. Monica is highly experienced in Residential Mortgages, Individual Retirement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and an array of business and personal deposit products. She emigrated from Poland in 1980 after completing her high school studies and is bi-lingual. In 1984, she received her Associate’s Degrees from Northwest Connecticut Community College in Computer Science, Accounting and Business Management. In 2008, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with focus on Business Organization from The University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of Connecticut School of Finance and Management, a rigorous two year banking program.
She serves on the Board for Foothills Visiting Nurse Association of Northwest Connecticut, St. Mary’s Church Finance committee and Patient and Family Advisor Board for Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She volunteers for the Special Olympics, Tour of the Litchfield Hills and a variety of Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce events.
Monica resides in Torrington with her husband Alan. She enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews and friends.
