Barbara joined the bank in 1984 and has held a variety of positions throughout her career, most recently serving as Vice President and Corporate Secretary. In her position as Corporate Secretary, she has the important responsibility of managing the governance and corporate affairs of the organization. Her corporate governance knowledge and exceptional attention to detail has proved to be an incredible asset in the management of the bank. She has heavy interaction with the senior management team and our Directors, and successfully manages the various aspects of Board matters with great professionalism. Barbara played an instrumental role in the consolidation process and her organizational skills were crucial as we navigated through this complex process. She has been an outstanding asset to our organization and we are grateful for her dedication to our bank over so many years.
