Dawn joined the bank in December 2018 as Vice President and Senior Human Resources Officer overseeing the management of the Human Resources department. She has brought a high level of expertise and strong leadership to the various aspects of operating our Human Resources function. In addition to the effective oversight of Human Resources and the many positive changes she has implemented in the department, she has been heavily involved and instrumental in the success we have had managing the pandemic. She has served as a very active member of the Pandemic Task Force Committee and has provided our employees with clear direction throughout this health crisis. She is to be commended for her outstanding leadership and effective management of this difficult situation.
