Debby joined the bank in July 2000 as a Credit Analyst underwriting commercial loan requests and in 2010 was promoted to Vice President and Credit Risk Manager. In her role as Credit Risk Manager, she has the primary responsibility of overseeing the prudent underwriting of commercial loan requests to ensure an acceptable level of credit quality is maintained in the commercial portfolio. Throughout her career, she has developed a high level of underwriting expertise and has played an instrumental role in the strong asset quality that the bank has enjoyed over the past 20 years. Due to Debby’s expertise and job knowledge, one of our biggest risks, asset quality, has been managed with great care under her leadership. It is an area that requires constant and careful oversight, and we are fortunate to have such a talented employee in Debby responsible for this function.
