Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

A 30-year veteran of Litchfield Bancorp with decades of experience in financial management of community banks, Leslie Black oversees the bank’s accounting, budgeting, and asset/liability management functions, with additional responsibility for corporate investing and wholesale funding. Hired in 1991 as the bank’s Controller and Treasurer, she was promoted that same year to Assistant Vice President, then in 1994 to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and to Senior Vice President in 1998. She was most recently promoted to Executive Vice President of Northwest Community Bank upon the consolidation of Northwest Community Bank, Litchfield Bancorp and Collinsville Bank in the Connecticut Mutual Holding Company. Leslie is a graduate of Charter Oak State College, the National School of Banking and the National Credit Union Management School. Leslie lives in Watertown with her husband.
