
Maura A. Malo

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Maura joined Litchfield Bancorp in 2003 as an Auditor with ten years of experience as an examiner with the FDIC. Maura was promoted to Chief Risk Officer in 2009 and Senior Vice President in 2017. Most recently, Maura was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Maura holds a BS in Business Administration from Western New England College and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She graduated from the National School of Banking in 2006. She is a recipient of the CBA New Leaders in Banking Award and a committee member of the CBA Women in Banking conference. Maura serves as a Girl Scout leader and is currently on the Board of Directors FISH in Torrington. She is the past President of the Oliver Wolcott Library and the past Treasurer of Five Points Center for the Visual Arts. She resides in Litchfield with her husband and two daughters.
