Mickie-Ann Budny rejoined the Litchfield Bancorp – A Division of Northwest Community Bank team in 2013 as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of our Litchfield and Washington Depot Offices. Mickie is a 27 year banking veteran beginning her career as a Teller/Teller Trainer then Customer Service Representative at Litchfield Bancorp – A Division of Northwest Community Bank. In 2018, Mickie was promoted to Vice President.

Prior to returning to Litchfield Bancorp – A Division of Northwest Community Bank, Mickie was an Assistant Vice President, Regional Branch Manager and Mortgage Specialist with National Iron Bank with prior experience at Fleet Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, Investment Specialist and Consumer Sales Specialist. Mickie holds a B.A. from Western Connecticut State University is a 2011 graduate from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, a 2014 graduate of the Leadership Northwest program and holds multiple certificates from the Center for Financial Training. Currently, she serves as the President for the Rotary Club of Litchfield-Morris and is the President of the Northwest Corner Triad.
